VISIT 360 ECUADOR & INTERNATIONAL
CONFIRMATION POLICIES
The traveler at the time of registration, with the payment of 50% of the tour for his/her reservation, declares freely and spontaneously that he/she accepts the terms and conditions described herein. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 working days prior to travel in Ecuador and 30 days prior to travel to other parts of the world.
Visit 360 Ecuador & International, upon receipt of this payment, will send a confirmation notification by email and other digital means. This confirmation will serve as a legally binding contract for the services requested. Service valid only for the date marked.
If the traveler registers more companions, he/she will be responsible for all his/her contractual obligations as if they were his/her own.
The invoice or transfer voucher is the only valid document for the use of the services.
Visit 360 Ecuador & International, will inform clients of major modifications to the general itinerary as described in their tour travel descriptions prior to the start of the tour.
Once the contract is finalized, the traveler authorizes the use of photographs for publications in Visit 360 Ecuador & International’s digital media, without disclosing personal data under any circumstances. Furthermore, the traveler accepts the storage of his/her personal data for Visit 360 Ecuador & International’s use and to receive information about future promotions and vacation plans, without this constituting a violation of his/her privacy. Travelers’ personal information will not be sold or misused for any commercial benefit.
COMPLIANCE POLICIES
The traveler agrees to comply with the activities and specifications described in the tour purchased, as well as to always present his/her own and his/her companions’ identification documents.
The traveler agrees to follow the instructions of the guide at all times.
It is forbidden to leave any kind of objects during the trip and the traveler agrees to follow the instructions of the guides to respect and protect the environment.
The traveler must be punctual at the place and time indicated for the pick up or meeting point assigned. No calls will be made to your phone or room. Failure to be at the place and time indicated will be recorded as a NO SHOW.
Waiting times may be affected by traffic or uncontrollable external conditions, any changes will be notified directly by the guide or by the operations department of Visit 360 Ecuador & International, for the traveler’s peace of mind.
The traveler agrees to sign a release form in case of mountain or high and medium risk activities. These risks are always present and cannot be reduced or excluded even with the most prudent and cautious care on the part of the assigned guides/trip leaders. Therefore, participation in adventure activities such as mountaineering, trekking, horseback riding, rafting and expeditions or tours in general that involve elements of danger, however minimal, will always be at the traveler’s own risk.
The traveler is responsible for complying with any travel and health regulations (e.g. passport, visa and customs requirements, and currency import regulations) at his/her own expense.
Any additional charges arising due to an itinerary modification caused by a traveler will be the traveler’s responsibility and the traveler will be charged for immediate payment.
Visit 360 Ecuador & International, assumes no responsibility for:

Accidents of passengers caused by not complying with the safety rules informed inside the means of transportation.

Accidents, losses or damages suffered by the users as a consequence of imprudence or non-observance of the instructions of the guides or personnel in charge of the tour.

The user’s behavior, or inconveniences in which he/she may be involved, which may lead to his/her withdrawal from the contracted tour, due to inappropriate behavior that may violate the morals of the people around him/her during the tour.

Lost or forgotten objects. Visit 360 Ecuador & International, recommends checking your belongings before getting off the means of transportation.
Circumstances beyond the control of the company or its external service providers.

Refund of money due to route or schedule modifications or cancellations caused by natural disasters, demonstrations, road closures or other circumstances beyond the company’s control.

Expenses caused by unforeseen circumstances or natural catastrophes, the traveler is responsible for all costs incurred (e.g. hospitalization, additional lodging, food and transportation).
The Traveler declares under his/her sole responsibility that:

Travels with private travel insurance, Visit 360 Ecuador & International does not offer travel insurance policies.

Has been informed of all technical and safety aspects for the practice of the activity.

Contracts the service in a state of sobriety and agrees not to be under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, as well as any other medication that may compromise their stability, reflexes or affect their ability to carry out the activity.

Is of legal age and/or has the permission of his or her legal representative to practice the activity.

She does not suffer from any cardiovascular disease or other injury that would prevent her from performing the activity.

The traveler who is in a state of pregnancy, must announce it in advance and if she performs the activity will be under her sole responsibility.

They do not suffer from ASTHMA, EPILEPSIA, DIABETES, SCHIZOPHRENIA or similar disorders.

The travelers have not undergone surgery in the last 12 months, nor are they undergoing rehabilitation, nor are they convalescent, nor have they been badly healed from previous injuries, and if so, they assume the risks that they may suffer.
Visit 360 Ecuador & International, reserves the right to change vehicles without prior notification.
In the event that the client wishes to leave the tour on their own at any destination that is part of the tour, Visit 360 Ecuador & International, is not responsible for that decision and is exempt from any liability with respect to the safety and integrity of the traveler.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
In case of international tours, each tour detail will be given to the traveler with its own cancellation policies, terms and conditions.
In case of NO SHOW, no refund will be made.
PAYMENT POLICIES
In our website and/or social networks you will be able to visualize the value of each experience.
The form of payment will be via virtual transfer, bank consignment or PayPal.
For international plans you can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
COMMENTS
