- Reservations must include each passenger's full name, nationality, passport number, age and date of birth.
- If the hotels suggested / listed for this program are not available at the time of confirmation, My Destinations EC will offer new hotel alternatives with revised prices.

- Lodging: Check in from 15h00 and check out at 12h00 noon (SUBJECT TO CHANGE).
- Our lodging rates include breakfast. The breakfasts have assigned schedules according to the policies of each hotel establishment, being usually between 06:00 hrs -10:00 hrs, if passenger has a transfer or retires before the assigned hours, passenger will lose this benefit, not being able to be compensated in another hotel.
- Room service or box breakfast services have an additional cost and cannot be compensated for the breakfast that cannot be served.
- Children policy: CHD from 0 to 1 year and 11 months do not pay (does not occupy bed) | CHD from 2 to 10 years and 11 months accompanied with two adults.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
From Twenty-nine (29) to Fifteen (15) days prior to departure.-75% of the invoice value.
From Fifteen (15) or more days prior to departure.-100% of the invoice value.
PAYMENT POLICIES
- In order to guarantee airfare, FULL PAYMENT must be made.
- A deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount must be made at the time of booking. Additional the value of the air ticket.
The total balance must be paid at least 30 days before the scheduled departure.
