**CHARLES DARWIN RESEARCH STATION**
The guide will indicate the departure time for the Charles Darwin Research Station activity from the hotel, where you will embark on an approximate 2-hour tour (easy walk). During the tour, they will explain the origin and evolution of the unique fauna and flora of the Galápagos, as well as the different types of turtles that inhabit the Islands. After the tour, return to the hotel.
**TORTUGA BAY BEACH**
The tour will begin with a transfer from the hotel to the entrance of the beach, followed by an approximate 30-minute walk to the rough beach and another 15-minute walk to the calm beach, where you can enjoy the sun, sea, and sand in complete tranquility. Afterward, return to the hotel.
**LAS GRIETAS**
We depart towards the Puerto Ayora dock to cross by sea to the activity. First, we visit Playa de los Alemanes, a beach named after the German tourists who used to arrive directly from another continent; there is even a hotel founded by Germans next to this beach. Then, we continue to Las Grietas, a place with crystal-clear waters formed by two walls of volcanic rock, where you can swim, relax, and enjoy the unique tranquility of the place. Afterward, return to the hotel.
**VISIT TO THE HIGHLANDS OF THE ISLAND**
The transportation and guide will pick up the passengers at the hotel, followed by an approximate 30-minute journey to the ranch, where you can see turtles in their natural state and endemic vegetation such as Scalesia. Afterward, there will be a walking tour through a tunnel formed hundreds of years ago by incandescent volcanic lava, where you can take photographs. The tour also includes a visit to the Twin Craters, where you will receive a scientific explanation and have the opportunity to take more photos. Afterward, return to the hotel.
