- Reservations must include each passenger's full name, nationality, passport number, age and date of birth.

From November 2 to 6, 2024 - Accommodation: Check in from 3:00 p.m. and Check Out at 12:00 noon (SUBJECT TO CHANGE).
- Maximum occupancy: Two (02) adults and two (02) children up to 10 years 11 months or three (03) adults and one (01) child up to 11 years or 3 or 4 adults. The rooms have two double beds.
- Children policy: For CHD/INF passengers the following rates and surcharges apply:
- INF passengers from 0 to 2 years 11 months do not pay for the accommodation service or for transfers to and from the airport.
- CHD passengers from 3 to 4 years 11 months do not pay for the accommodation service, but must pay USD 49 (NET round trip rate) for transfers to and from the airport.
- Rates for CHD passengers (5-9) apply from 5 years to 9 years 11 months.
- Rates for CHD passengers (10-11) apply from 10 years to 11 years 11 months.
- Adult fare applies for passengers 12 years and older.
- One (01) child free per adult per room, accompanied by one (01) adult in the room (maximum two (02) children per room).

CANCELLATION POLICIES
From Twenty-nine (29) to Fifteen (15) days prior to departure.-75% of the invoice value.
From Fifteen (15) or more days prior to departure.-100% of the invoice value.
PAYMENT POLICIES
- In order to guarantee airfare, FULL PAYMENT must be made.
- A deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount must be made at the time of booking. Additional the value of the air ticket.
The total balance must be paid at least 30 days before the scheduled departure.
