DESCRIPTION
On this day tour you will visit the beautiful province of Imbabura. From the city of Quito we will depart to the north passing through the city of Cayambe where we will taste some delicious biscuits.
This route is full of beautiful landscapes, we will admire one of them from the viewpoint of the San Pablo Lake, observing the lagoon next to the imposing Imbabura Volcano. We will also admire the Peguche waterfall, which has a waterfall of approximately 20 metres high, forming part of the Peguche Protected Forest.
Afterwards we will go to the immense Yahuarcocha lagoon, well known for being the host of paragliding jumps and having a big motor racing track around it where many people walk, jog or stroll around. We will visit the Finca Sommerwing a German space in the middle of the Ecuadorian Andean culture, here you will find campers coming from long trips from all over the world, beers brought from Europe, German gastronomy made with Andean products, colourful decoration and a phenomenal atmosphere to set up your camp and enjoy the incredible view of the immense Yahuarcocha lagoon.

10:00 Arrival at the Mirador del Lago San Pablo, photos at the foot of the Mirador next to the majestic Taita Imbabura Volcano.
10:20 Departure to Peguche Waterfalls.
10:45 Arrival at Peguche waterfalls, 1.5 km, 15 to 20 min walk, to take some pictures from the viewpoint of the waterfall.
11:30 Departure to Otavalo
12:30 Visit Plaza de Ponchos de Otavalo, 1 hour free time to stroll around the square and buy handicrafts.
