DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the Ecuadorian paradise! This spectacular circuit will take you to see the highlights of Ecuador in a 5 day tour. We will start visiting the Cochasqui Archaeological Park, an important sample of the pre-Inca civilization of the province of Pichincha, which has a settlement pattern different from that of Mesoamerica and the Andes. We will continue to the province of Imbabura, where you can admire unique landscapes, such as the Imbabura volcano, with its 4,630 meters of altitude. We will visit representative cities such as Otavalo, where you can learn about the indigenous history and textiles, as well as unique natural destinations such as the Peguche waterfalls and the Cuicocha lagoon. This circuit will allow you to combine relaxation and adventure in destinations such as the hot springs of the town of Papallacta, the paradisiacal city of Tena and its boardwalk, and the magical city of Baños, where you can enjoy one of the most impressive waterfalls in Latin America, the Pailón del Diablo, and adventure in nature. Finally, we will visit the provinces of Chimborazo and Cotopaxi. In Chimborazo, we will hike to the Hermanos Carrel Refuge, located at 4,850 meters above sea level. In Cotopaxi, we will admire the incredible crater of the Quilotoa volcano and its legends, and visit the Cotopaxi National Park, one of the most important in the country.
