- A transfer supplement of USD 6 per way applies for flights arriving between 21:00 and 06:00, international flights departing between 00:30 - 09:30 and domestic flights departing between 00:30 and 08:30
- Each passenger has the right to one (1) piece of luggage and one (1) carry-on piece, if it is necessary to hire additional transportation to transport the extra luggage;
- The cost of this will be borne by the passenger.

- Islands - Muelle La Bodeguita in speedboats with two engines and with capacity between 32 and 50 people. Passengers return from the pier to the hotel at their own expense. Passengers must be at the pier no later than 08:00. The boat departure time is approximately 09:00. The return to La Bodeguita Pier is between approximately 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. depending on the sea waves. Includes medical assistance card. Passengers pay directly the dock tax UDS 8 approx. per person (cash only). Note: a surcharge applies for hotel-dock transfer for passengers staying in the areas of Castillo Grande, El Espinal, Mamonal, Manzanillo and
- Barú or they may also go on their own to the Bodeguita Dock.
- Child policy.- The child policy varies according to the selected hotel, being this:
- Cartagena Plaza 3*: Allows two (02) passengers up to 10 years and 11 months sharing a room with their parents with food according to the meal plan.
- Barlovento 3*: Allows one (01) passenger up to 10 years and 11 months sharing a room with their parents with breakfast.
- Capilla del Mar 4*: Allows two (02) passengers up to 10 years and 11 months sharing a room with their parents, breakfast included.

ITINERARY
DAY 01 – ARRIVAL IN CARTAGENA DE INDIAS (CHECK IN)
Reception at Rafael Núñez airport (CTG) and transfer to the chosen hotel. Free afternoon.
DAY 02 – CITY TOUR + SAN FELIPE CASTLE
Breakfast. At the agreed time City tour + San Felipe Castle in air-conditioned vehicle, 4 hours, shared service. Panoramic tour of the main points of tourist interest such as the Bay of Cartagena, visit to the Castle of San Felipe and walk through the old city.
DAY 03 – ISLANDS OF CHARM TOUR
Breakfast. Day tour Isla del Encanto in the Rosario Islands (shared), 8 hours. Charming archipelago that consists of about 28 islands, the boat ride lasts a little less than an hour, there you will find white sand beaches and crystal clear waters where you can also explore the wonderful marine life of the Caribbean Sea. Includes: Tour guide, soccer field, tennis table, volleyball court, swimming pool, kiosk with hammocks and chairs on the beach. Food: Buffet lunch with a varied selection of dishes that includes: meat, chicken, fish, hot or cold vegetables, coconut or white rice, pasta, patacones, seasonal fruit, accompanied by a typical sweet from the region.
DAY 04 – RETURN TO THE CITY OF ORIGIN.
Breakfast. Assistance at the hotel and transfer to Rafael Núñez airport (CTG) to take a flight to your next destination. END OF OUR SERVICES

PAYMENT POLICIES
- In order to guarantee airfare, FULL PAYMENT must be made.
- A deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount must be made at the time of booking. Additional the value of the air ticket.
The total balance must be paid at least 30 days before the scheduled departure.
