- Full payment is required to guarantee the reservation, non-refundable.
- Entrances are guaranteed in pairs, two by two, they can be together in the same row, or in the row in front or behind, but together.
- Castellum Ixchel is not responsible for the suspension and/or change of the event date. A rescheduling of the event due to force majeure by the organization does not warrant a refund of the package.
- Ticket conditions:
- Tickets can be subscriptions, physical tickets, electronic tickets, or downloadable through a mobile app (pass wallet, etc.), which requires the client to have a cell phone with internet access to show the downloaded ticket on the same device. Castellum Ixchel is exempt from any responsibility if clients do not have a smartphone in the case of tickets to be downloaded in the app.
- In the case of physical tickets, the operator will be responsible for designating the date and place of delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
From Twenty-nine (29) to Fifteen (15) days prior to departure.-75% of the invoice value.
From Fifteen (15) or more days prior to departure.-100% of the invoice value.
PAYMENT POLICIES
- In order to guarantee airfare, FULL PAYMENT must be made.
- A deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount must be made at the time of booking. Additional the value of the air ticket.
The total balance must be paid at least 30 days before the scheduled departure.
